Enjoy an authentic baking class and learn how to make the famous french fresh light strawberry cake : “Fraisier”. This is a perfect experience for anyone looking to connect with local culture over food. We use a famous variety of strawberries which are grown in Brittany.
We will show you the French techniques to make and bake the cake layers, make cream patissiere from scratch, to making the cream filling and building up the cake. Then take it home and enjoy !
You will be able to take home the recipe card with the ingredients, portions and every detail allowing you to replicate them at home and impress your friends!
