In our relaxing 3 hours, hands on workshop, discover french culture with a different angle.
We will show you the French traditional techniques for making two of Brittany’s most famous traditional cakes.
- The Kouign Amann, with its crusty outside and its soft buttery middle. We will show you how to make dough, layer the pastry, proof and bake it.
- The Far Breton with its flavours of plumes, milk and rum. We will show you how to make it from simple ingredients so you will be able to make it at home.
The products you make, you can take home with the recipe.
We’ll tell you all about the stories around those cakes and more. You’ll have more than a cake to share with your friend and family when you get home.
Hot drinks and refreshments are included.
