We’ll cover each step step by step and see how to mix and knead the dough, point the dough, shape it, raise it, score the surface and bake the bread.
This course is given by a professional baker who will guide you step by step and give you all the advice to make your bread a success for sure.
A technical sheet will be given to you.
Course accessible to children and adults. Relaxing atmosphere.
Saturday, 4 March – 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – The class may last a little longer depending on the rising or cooking time.
